  Worst possible service you could ever find. Seriously.
  
  First of all, I must say that the food is good. Not bad, not brilliant but good.
  
  What you will notice approaching this store is the volume at which they play their music. It is LOUD! So loud you have to shout to make yourself heard.
  
  The woman who served me looked to be in her 30s. She was perhaps the most arrogant, unfriendly shop assistant I have ever encountered. She spoke down to me, didn't adjust the music when I asked if she could turn it down so she could hear me (we like loud music, was her curt response). Her and the guy making the food had a smug self satisfied look on their face that suggested they have an extremely high level of arrogance.
  
  Do not go there if you want to enjoy a coffee and sandwich in relative peace or want to be treated as a customer. It offers absolutely nothing in terms of service or break out quality in food or coffee.
  
  I'll never return to Gourmet Destinations.
